Bokito is an operations platform for a company: one place for conversations, the agenda, and AI agents. This page explains what personal data Bokito processes, including data received from Google APIs.

Roles
When a company connects its mailbox, calendar, or contacts, that company is the controller and Bokito is the processor. For Bokito accounts, sign-in, and security logs, Bokito is the controller.
Google user data
Bokito's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Bokito requests only the Google permissions below. Each one is used to show a feature in the product.

Bokito does not use Google user data for advertising. Bokito does not sell Google user data. Bokito does not use Google user data to train generalized AI models. Humans at the customer workspace can read the mailbox and calendar they connected, because that is the product. Bokito staff do not read that content for product development.
When the workspace allows AI to use message bodies, the text needed to draft a reply can be sent to the model provider the workspace selected (for example Anthropic or OpenAI). That transfer is only to produce the reply the user sees. Turning that setting off stops message bodies from being sent to a model.
Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest, separate from session signing keys. Copies of messages and calendar events are stored in the workspace so Agenda and Communication can show them. The default retention is 365 days. A workspace owner or admin can change that under Settings, Data and privacy, and can export or erase data for a person.
Other data
Account email, name, workspace membership, and security logs are kept for the life of the account. Integration credentials for other providers are encrypted the same way as Google tokens.
Sharing
Bokito shares data with subprocessors only to run the service: hosting, the model provider the workspace uses, Google and Microsoft for the accounts you connect, transactional email, and error monitoring with personal data stripped from crash reports. Bokito does not sell personal data.
Your choices
- Disconnect Google under Connections in Bokito.
- Revoke Bokito from the Google Account permissions page. Bokito then stops syncing that account.
- Ask the workspace owner to export or erase data for an email address.
- Lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Rollen
Koppelt een bedrijf zijn mailbox, agenda of contacten, dan is dat bedrijf verwerkingsverantwoordelijke en Bokito verwerker. Voor Bokito-accounts, aanmelden en beveiligingslogboeken is Bokito verwerkingsverantwoordelijke.
Google-gebruikersgegevens
Bokito's gebruik en doorgifte aan andere apps van informatie uit Google-API's volgt het Google API Services User Data Policy, inclusief de Limited Use-eisen.
Bokito vraagt alleen de onderstaande Google-rechten. Elk recht dient een functie in het product.

Bokito gebruikt Google-gebruikersgegevens niet voor advertenties. Bokito verkoopt Google-gebruikersgegevens niet. Bokito gebruikt Google-gebruikersgegevens niet om algemene AI-modellen te trainen. Mensen in de workspace van de klant kunnen de mailbox en agenda lezen die zij zelf koppelden, want dat is het product. Bokito-medewerkers lezen die inhoud niet voor productontwikkeling.
Staat de workspace toe dat AI berichtinhoud gebruikt, dan kan de tekst die nodig is voor een conceptantwoord naar de modelaanbieder gaan die de workspace koos (bijvoorbeeld Anthropic of OpenAI). Die doorgifte dient alleen het antwoord dat de gebruiker ziet. Zet je die instelling uit, dan gaan berichtteksten niet meer naar een model.
Google OAuth-tokens staan versleuteld opgeslagen, los van de sleutels voor sessies. Kopieën van berichten en agenda-afspraken staan in de workspace zodat Agenda en Communicatie ze kunnen tonen. De standaardbewaartermijn is 365 dagen. Een eigenaar of beheerder wijzigt dat onder Instellingen, Data en privacy, en kan gegevens van een persoon exporteren of wissen.
Overige gegevens
Accountmail, naam, workspacelidmaatschap en beveiligingslogboeken blijven bestaan zolang het account bestaat. Inloggegevens van andere koppelingen worden op dezelfde manier versleuteld als Google-tokens.
Delen
Bokito deelt gegevens met subverwerkers alleen om de dienst te leveren: hosting, de modelaanbieder die de workspace gebruikt, Google en Microsoft voor de accounts die je koppelt, transactionele e-mail, en foutmonitoring waarbij persoonsgegevens uit crashrapporten zijn gehaald. Bokito verkoopt geen persoonsgegevens.
Je keuzes
- Koppel Google los onder Koppelingen in Bokito.
- Trek Bokito in op de rechtenpagina van je Google-account. Bokito stopt dan met synchroniseren.
- Vraag de workspace-eigenaar om gegevens bij een e-mailadres te exporteren of te wissen.
- Dien een klacht in bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
